Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA)
The Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) is an association of commercial collection agencies that have been certified by the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA). The membership of the CCAA is comprised of the most prestigious commercial collection agencies in the United States, handling nearly seventy percent of all commercial accounts placed for collection. Members subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and undergo a rigid and continuing certification process under the auspices of the Commercial Law League of America. Founded in 1895, the CLLA is the nation’s oldest creditors' rights organization.
